Our Team

Andrew and Alison are the owners at Kayco.   Andrew has worked in construction since high school, starting on a framing crew during the summer breaks. Andrew started Kayco in 2010 as a property management and repair company and has grown it with the help of others into the company it is now. Alison is a teacher at Gatewood Elementary School. They have three children, Max (6) Will (4) and Lucy (2).  Alison helps design and decorate some of jobs we could not create the spaces we do without her help. 

Lynn is Kayco constructions anchor.  Wile her last name may not be her title in this line of work, we have no doubt if she put her mind on that she could hold her own.  Lynn is our secretary and book keeper but more than that she is the glue that keeps us together. From scheduling our days, to keeping us inline and on time, she is the mother figure of the company and we don't know how we survived without.
